I am a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Ottawa an Manotick, with an interest in mental wellness, stress management, digestive concerns and skin health.

While growing up, my mother was a proponent of Chinese Medicine and my father was reading natural health books and listening to alternative health podcasts. I recognized that good health could be possible when strong foundations are created.

After seeing a Naturopathic Doctor for the first time, I became intrigued about medicine in a holistic view. Naturopathy looks at a person’s well-being from the perspective of integrating mind, body and spirit as pillars of health. I incorporate these vital aspects to tailor personalized, balanced and sustainable treatments, while aspiring to empower and educate patients to transform their health.

Outside of being a Naturopath:

I adore traveling and the experience of being immersed in another culture and their history. Art has been a staple in my life and I try to maintain it by visiting an art exhibit or doodling. I consider being in the water is my happy place as I swam competitively as a teen, averaging 20 hours a week in the water.
